eDoxs Assent MessageStor Manager Software

Assent MessageStor Manager™ resides at the ‘Post Office’ - the  e-mail server (as indicated by the white eDoxs logo in the diagram).  Information is copied (archived) and indexed as it moves through and around the corporation.  All incoming and outgoing messages are copied upon arrival at the Post Office.  A copy of a received message is “intercepted” before it appears in the user’s inbox.    Sent messages are  copied before they are routed by the e-mail server to their destination.  All e-mail related content is available for Corporate Compliance Officer or Administrator review from any network connection at anytime (as indicated by the black eDoxs logo on the screen in the diagram).  Reports can be generated reviewing network activity, and usage, either dynamically or at preset times.
